Conflicto de competencia suscitado entre el Juzgado Cuarto Administrativo Oral del Circuito de Ibagué y el Juzgado Veinticuatro Civil del Circuito de Bogotá D.C. la controversia entre los precitados despachos tuvo su origen en las diferentes interpretaciones del factor territorial.
Ambos despachos presentaron una serie de argumentos relacionados con el lugar donde se produjo y tuvo sus efectos la vulneración de derechos alegada por la parte demandante.
Se dirime el conflicto con la remisión del expediente al Juzgado Veinticuatro Civil del Circuito de Bogotá, para que, de forma inmediata tramite y adopte la decisión de fondo a la que haya lugar.

- Primero. DEJAR SIN EFECTOS el auto del 22 de julio de 2022 proferido por el Juzgado Veinticuatro Civil del Circuito de Bogotá, dentro del proceso de tutela promovido por el señor Luis Enrique López Acevedo contra la Dirección del Cuerpo Técnico de Investigación de la Fiscalía General de la Nación.
- Segundo. REMITIR el expediente ICC-4242 al Juzgado Veinticuatro Civil del Circuito de Bogotá, para que, de forma inmediata, tramite y adopte la decisión de fondo a la que haya lugar.
- Tercero. Por la Secretaría General de esta corporación, COMUNICAR la presente decisión a la parte actora y al Juzgado
- Cuarto. Administrativo Oral del Circuito de Ibagué.
